We are Precision Education Group, a women-owned tutoring service serving families across Franklin, TN. We take a holistic approach that keeps the child and the whole family at the center of the work. Learning doesn't happen in isolation, so we work directly with students, parents, and teachers to build a plan that fits real life. We come to you, in your home or online, whichever works best for your schedule.

Our education advocacy covers a wide range of needs. We provide academic tutoring in math, reading, and writing, along with homework help for students who feel stuck. We build study routines and study skills that carry forward long after a single assignment is done. For students who struggle to start tasks or manage their time, we help with organization, planning, and prioritizing schoolwork. Some students need social skills coaching to feel steadier at school, and we support that too.

We do not stop with the student. Through parent coaching and parent workshops, we teach families practical strategies for supporting learning at home. Our educational workshops and educational consulting help parents understand their child's needs and develop school support strategies that reduce stress for everyone. We believe parents are partners, not spectators, and we give them tools they can actually use.

We are a new business, and we built it on purpose to be a welcoming place for every kind of family, including LGBTQ+ families. We offer in-person and virtual sessions, one-on-one attention, and recurring programs for students who need steady, ongoing support.
