Scope of Services. Through this Site, Precision Education Group markets and arranges Academic Tutoring, Parent Coaching, Parent Workshops, Educational Workshops, Educational Consulting, Social Skills Coaching. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://educationalconsultingfranklin.com is the property of Precision Education Group or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Damages. Precision Education Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Precision Education Group harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Law and Venue. TN law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TN.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
